These bands are awesome! Material is comfortable against my skin. They do NOT roll up like the other brand I’ve replaced with Ryan’s and the tension is no joke!

Like all of Ryan Read’s videos, he makes it easy to follow. The bands are excellent quality too! Thick, stay in place, easy to use.

Finally bands that stay in place

I have several bands in my home gym and none of them are as good as Ryan Read's. These bands are thick, material comfortable, and doesn't move. I highly recommend these!!

They are a good color and don’t slip, but they could be stronger. I’m not feeling very much activation regardless how many reps. I’m 5,4 116 lbs and work out regularly. Would like them to be a bit more challenging on the 10th rep at least
