HOW TO USE:

Position the door anchor 1-2 feet off the ground over any sturdy doorpost. Close the door and pull on the door anchor to ensure its place firmly. Secure carabiner to door anchor and loop resistance band into the carabiner. Position the resistance band around your waist belt and start your hip thrust exercise.

    Absolutely love it

    Immediately used it after opening and love it. I was able to get a better squeeze and focus on form with the bands. Setting up for a bar hip thrust isn’t always an option in the gym. This set up takes less time and space.
