Fitness is something that I’ve always been passionate about. It changed my life not just physically, but mentally. I decided to start personal training to change other people’s lives through something I’m passionate about. My goal is to change people’s lives.. and not just through fitness. I love how Thrive builds such a connection and community between its girls.. I’ve seen strangers become friends, and the support they give each other (in and out of the weight room) is awesome. I’m excited to help Thrive build that network. If I could describe my style of training in 3 words it would be Intense, Functional, and RESULTS. Outside of training, I love to workout, travel, find new shows on Netflix, and try all the amazing food I can.
