KEIRA LARSON

DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS
 

I’m Thrive's Director of Operations! I’m an ASU alumni and a proud AZ native! Prior to my 2020 New Years resolution, I would only socially workout, and now I’ve truly been trying to put an emphasis on health and wellness in my life. With Covid, I knew it was truly up to ME to define my success and get creative with staying active and healthy. I was drawn to Thrive based off the sense of community that was presented, and I’m super pumped to contribute to this family! I’m a huge foodie. My recent pastime has been making salsa! I also enjoy hiking, trying to convince myself that I have a green thumb, and being the ultimate dog auntie.

JAIME BIRZER

ACE Certified Personal Trainer. Thriving since January 2019. I fell in love with weight training in college. I decided I wanted to become a certified personal trainer, because I love knowledge, and I wanted to learn everything I could about fitness and weightlifting. To be honest, I just wanted the certification.. I never intended on actually becoming a trainer! But as the years went on, my passion for fitness, and for helping others learn, grew. So I realized that becoming a trainer was my calling! Outside of training, I love reading (mostly nonfiction-Harry Potter), spending a beautiful day outdoors, catching up with friends over wine and a charcuterie board, quality time with my family, and traveling. If I could describe my style of training in 3 words it would be Functional, Intense, Fun.

TIFFANY LEROY

With fitness always being a huge passion of mine and helping people in any way shape or form, it only made sense to pursue my dream of being a personal trainer. Though life has thrown many obstacles my way, I never lost site of my goal. I became a Thrive trainer in October of 2019 and I’m the happiest I’ve ever been living my dream. Outside of the gym and personal training, I love hiking and the great outdoors with my two precious pups. I also get down on some video games, and love me some Pinterest crafting. If I could describe my style of training in 3 words it would be Creative, Challenging, and Informative. I hope to continue to make an impact on people’s lives while also being the best trainer and person I can be.


MAX MONTT

TRAINER | PHOENIX, AZ
 

Fitness is something that I’ve always been passionate about. It changed my life not just physically, but mentally. I decided to start personal training to change other people’s lives through something I’m passionate about. My goal is to change people’s lives.. and not just through fitness. I love how Thrive builds such a connection and community between its girls.. I’ve seen strangers become friends, and the support they give each other (in and out of the weight room) is awesome. I’m excited to help Thrive build that network. If I could describe my style of training in 3 words it would be Intense, Functional, and RESULTS. Outside of training, I love to workout, travel, find new shows on Netflix, and try all the amazing food I can.

CARISSA FERGUSON

If I could describe my training style in three words, it would be empowering, challenging and exciting. I’ve always been passionate about fitness and helping people, especially women. Weight lifting can give us the confidence that cardio alone can’t. My love for weight lifting really began to grow while achieving my Pre Med degree at Grand Canyon University. After graduation, I began my personal training career, and I can honestly say that I LOVE WHAT I DO! When I’m not training clients, I enjoy working out, seeking adventures, and being a waffle connoisseur.

Kelly Flynn

My passion for fitness began in 8th grade when I got my first Strength & Conditioning coach for softball. Initially, I thought I loved softball, but as time went on it turned out I loved health and fitness. I went on to play college softball at UCLA, but ultimately decided to leave and come back to my home state of Arizona to purse my passion of fitness to impacting others best I know how. If I had to describe my training style in 3 words it would be Effective, High Energy, and Demanding. I am so incredibly grateful to be apart of this Thrive team.


GEORGIA PAIGE

PROJECT MANAGER
 

I was born and raised in Arizona and am currently studying Business Management and Fashion at ASU. I’m passionate about fashion styling and interior design. I love learning about different businesses in hopes of having my own in the future. Being apart of Thrive has shown me the amazing impact it has on so many different peoples lives. It’s a family full of great energy and opportunity. Outside of Thrive I love hiking, trying new food places, and spending time with friends. I look forward to being exposed to more great things during my time as Thrive's project manager!

LARA KEMP

ACCOUNT MANAGER
 
I was born and raised in Canada until moving to California 5 years ago. I have always been super into sports and fitness as I also have an ISSA certification in personal training! I rowed crew in University for 5 years and up until recently joining Thrive, I was missing the sense of community and camaraderie. Outside of the gym I really enjoy to travel, watch football, go wine tasting and raising my new fur baby! I am so thrilled and excited to be a part of such an incredible team here at Thrive.

GEOFF HOWARD

TRAINER | SAN DIEGO, CA
 

NASM Certified Personal Trainer. I grew up playing football and basketball, so physical fitness was always constant in my life. I’ve always enjoyed working out and knew that my purpose was helping people. Personal training seemed like a natural fit for my career. Outside of training, I love sports, playing football ,basketball, video games and hanging out with friends. If I could describe my style of training in 3 words it would be Grind, Intensity, and Fun! My goal with Thrive is to build out San Diego to the size of clientele they have in Arizona, but I’m most excited to build lasting relationships with my clients.
