I was raised by all strong, Italian women growing up. So I know how strong and capable you all are. And for most of you, you don’t understand how strong and capable you are. And that is one of my main goals in training you all—to bring you into your full strength and potential.
The way THRIVE goes about fitness is very different than most. We take all the stress that comes with a normal fitness journey and we simply disregard it. Because it’s unnecessary. The counting calories, the strict dieting, the constant focus on your body and the scale number, all it does is stress you out.
When you stress, your cortisol spikes and your body does not move. Combined with an amazing holistic nutritionist and a mental health coach that you get access to when you join, this program is made for you to actually enjoy your journey as much as possible.
The mindset that is needed to thrive within THRIVE is one of staying PRESENT and focusing on the WORK, not our body image. When we stay present, it means we do not live in the past or the future. Living in either of those causes you stress, anxiety, and sadness. Focusing on your body constantly causes you to never be happy with your results because you are constantly looking for things that take time to happen.
So instead, we focus on becoming stronger, feeling better, and learning how to be disciplined without stressing yourself out.
This way of training is very different from most, but I promise you, it’s the very BEST way to do it.
